        I am a funeral director in Norfolk and used the services of Abbey to help us with a funeral local to them. From start to finish they were outstanding. Warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. They were what we expected from a local independent. I realise I am in the business but I chose them from their website I could tell they would be professional and wasn't disappointed. Having looked at others nearby, they shone out to me. In my opinion with funerals you are always better to stay with a local, independent and whilst price has to be considered, you nearly always get what you pay for. Buy cheap, buy twice. Thank you all again

        Highly recommend, very professional. They took care to help plan my grandsons funeral and help Rachel my daughter through this devastating time. Nothing was too much trouble changing things at the last minute, they made it very personal to us and for that Im am so grateful that my grandson had a beautiful send off.
