        Absolutely brilliant, from the first call right to the end of the service. Although we had Lucy looking after us through out, anyone else we came into contact with was professional, compassionate, caring, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to everyone, they made a very difficult time easier and a little more bearable. The whole service was something that my mum would have proud of and very honored by. Thank you so much to you all, it meant the world to us.
