Wow, Groves made an emotional and sad time so much easier. Jackie was professional, understanding, helpful, flexible and everything else in between. She has the whole process so much more bearable. Planning my Mum's funeral was so much easier thanks to Jackie and on the day of the actual funeral everyone was so incredibly respectful to my Mum and so understanding and helpful to us as a family, explaining things every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Groves, and should the need arise I would definitely use them again. They are a top top company.

Groves offers an exceptional, caring and empathetic service. I sadly lost my husband last month unexpectedly and they made an awful time easier to bear. Nothing was too much trouble and the funeral was arranged with their expert help and support. Jackie and Claire were always very professional and helpful. I can never thank them enough and would highly recommend their services.
