Product not delivered. Lost by courier. After 3 days of emailing they send me a 'proof of delivery' clearly showing that it was delivered to the wrong address. I'm still chasing a refund from them.
At least I paid by paypal so I know I'll get the money back, but why should I need to chase them daily and force a refund through paypal when the mistake is so obvious, and so obviously not my fault?
