Mark Bastin School of Motoring

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this driving school. The lack of communication, customer service and professionalism is extremely poor ( and that's putting it politely). Paying for a product and not receiving the full service and quota of lessons due to cancellation is not acceptable. Despite our efforts to re book and then after a month of chasing to only recieve a partial refund is extremely disappointing. I would also add that despite booking a test date in September for the end of December the instructor still couldn't tell us a week before my son's test date if he would be able to take him on his test, we had no correspondence to let us know either way. My son took his test in his own car and passed.

Mark is honestly the best instructor ! (I can say this with experience as I had the displeasure of going with another firm in Weston prior to finding Mark) You wont have any issues with Mark and his lessons. He is calm, explains things thoroughly and great value for money. Honestly would have never passed without Mark. I was a very nervous driver, lacked in confidence so whilst Mark was teaching me to drive, he helped build my self esteem and confidence with driving which ultimately would have been the deciding factor in me passing my test or not on the day ! Thanks again Mark for everything When my brother turns of age in a couple of years, wont look any further than Mark.
