Used to be one of the best GP Practices in the county but that was a very long time ago. Very sad

Went to have have a cortisone injection and fluid removal off my Knee . I was given sound advice and was treated with dignity and care. The procedure was relatively Pain-free and efficient. It is nice that the service retains high quality and professional peripatetic support staff.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL RECEPTION WOMAN. If I could give zero stars i would she obviously hates her job so someone should sack her. How she talks to people really is not on she tries to make people feel like they are inconveniencing her for going to the surgery. And even screamed down the phone for no reason at all this is not how you treat people

You can never get an appointment with a doctor. You think youve been given a doctors appointment but when you get there its with a nurse. They dont listen to your concerns and are really dismissive and patronising. My daughter has always had an iron constitution and never gets sick. In the last few months shes has caught flu like bugs (not covid) 4 times with high temp (40.5degC this time). I made, what I thought was, an appointment to see a doctor because I was concerned about her getting sick so often (especially when none of her friends were). When we got there it was a nurse, who didnt listen to our concerns and basically dismissed it as a cold. When asked about the sores around her mouth we were told she wasnt going to talk about those (even though it could well be linked to the same issue). On a previous occasion the nurse diagnosed sores around her eyes as being down to her wearing make-up even after both my daughter and I told her she didnt wear make. You cant get them to listen and they make you feel like youre wasting their time. Also, they have an online service but its only open between 8am and 10am so good luck getting any appointment if you have a job youre not allowed to take your phone into. I really dont understand why they cant leave it open so you can request an appointment when youre able to. They could easily have a pop up to say it will be actioned the following day. You never get a call back the same day anyway.
