All nursing staff are great Some Receptionist's can be pig ignorant at times and treat everyone as if they are an idiot despite majority of patients being very polite.. a couple are fab tho

If the aim here is for Worle Health Centre reception staff to be efficient and polite in dealing with the public then they, rather urgently, need either training or re-recruiting.
