        Very helpful and nice staff, i cant remember names but there was a lovely young lady with blue hair who was especially helpful and informative when i came to booking my next appointment

        Appalling Practice!! My daughter had a filling at Beaconsfield that fell out, I phoned for an appointment and we were told 3 months wait, they then cancelled this appointment as her dentist had left. We phoned back to be told her dentist was returning so she was put on a waiting list. I called today for an update to be informed she was never returning and they no longer take nhs patients. The receptionist right from the start had a very patronising, condescending tone, was extremely unhelpful and we are now left without a dentist.

        Had a cap fitted by a gentleman about 2 years ago and still in fine... he left and after 3 re fittings my other cap fitted by a woman at this dentist, it has fallen out again (they are both teeth touching each other top and bottom so one is under no more stresses than the other) I rang up, no more dentists for NHS .. fine but was told they would contact my previous as it has fallen out soo many times... I heard nothing back and now it seems as though their phone lines are now closed.... wow... NHS at its finest!

        I don't recommend. They canceled my appointment very last week after two months waiting. They did it NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!
