        I've been with this practice for a few years and I've only ever had positive experiences. Staff have always been friendly, polite and helpful, and I've never had any issues with my checkups and dental procedures. I've never had any problems getting appointments booked and I've always been able to get through on the phone pretty quickly. I always feel like I can trust that I'm in good hands here because Rui is clearly a very experienced dentist.

        Do not recommend, I have been taken off the NHS patients as I didnt show for an appointment but I rang 4 times, days before to change the date and even left a message and no one got back to me. Now am left with no dentist. Not happy!

        I have nothing but problems with this place and the receptionist are a total waste of time and and dwell on negative energy, they are no help whatsoever ever in my estimation They have gone right down hill, I would rather be in pain than to ever go back to this place and that is saying something as I have had some really bad toothaches, steer clear.

        Had an appointment brought forward by 2 weeks. So l was very grateful for this as l was waiting for 2 fillings. They were completed with care, and l am very happy to recommend this dentist practice.
