We took a flat through this agent and then spent 6 months living a nightmare with noisy neighbours. We asked about noise when we viewed and were told that the flat had been soundproofed. It most certainly was not. I treat that as deceit and as a result I strongly recommend not using this agent.

They never answer the phone, are very short and curt on emails and were not that helpful as a Letting agency.

Do not use. Our experience was that the flat had significant damp. In addition to this the electrics were unsafe. This lead to a significant explosion of a kettle on one occasion and the shower on another occasion. After three years, when we moved out, we thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it significantly cleaner than when we moved in. We were charged 115 for two sink plugs that were not attached to their chains and for some very debatable discolouring of bathroom sealant. We were also charged 35 for cleaning. No cleaning was needed as we left the flat cleaner than when we moved in. I shudder to think what they would have charged us for a greater but still reasonable level of use.
