This Place is absolutely shocking they had charged me 62.69 for something that cost 2.69 was adamant I was wrong even with phone transaction proof at the time and day with store name Id stay far away from this place

This store is listed as a DHL service point so I arranged for a delivery to be sent there so I didnt need to worry about being at home to accept it - which is usually the reason to use a service point. Subsequently had an email from DHL to say the delivery had been refused. When I contacted DHL to see why I was told it was because it was too big.apparently they have a limit of 14kg. My item is 7kg so well under this and in any case there is nothing to say there is a size limit when you select this service point. I am now left trying to rearrange my delivery. Maybe this site needs to rethink whether they actually want to be a service point.
