Absolutely disgusting customer service today 20/10/21 left me in tears leaving the shop staff member rude, bully and generally horrible. All I wanted was some help . Shouldnt be working in retail if this is his persona

Used the parcel service, sales man very unhelpful and unfriendly, would not shop here out of principle, it takes nothing to be polite and courteous to customers!

The male that works in this shop now is so rude, its only ever him , and he literally chucked my gas card back at me today, he could hardly be bothered to answer me and looked at me like I was something he trod on! I never write these things good or bad, but due to this not being the first, second or even third time Ive been treated like this by him , I wanted to ensure I at least tried to make people aware of how they may be treated. Unfortunately Ive had to go back there on multiple occasions due to it being the closest shop that will take my gas card, but I will never step foot in there again, or until someone else is running the shop anyway, the chap that was there before was so lovely, I enjoyed it being my local shop. So angry Avoid people if you can. Also the only reason I gave 1 star is it wont let you post a comment if you dont.
