Went to the store on Monday 13th April. No issues with staff or products on display but the store wasn't exactly warm. I noticed the doors to the warehouse/storage area at the rear of the store were open. When I walked past I was greeted with a blast of very warm air. Clearly heating staff and storage areas rather than paying customers is a priority.
