I haven't even gone into the building yet and already I want to leave! It's dirty, I have an appointment at 9am and there is nobody here. I actually thought the building was derelict! God only knows what it will be like when I get inside although of its anything like what my mum had to go through, I won't be holding my breath on getting anything.
