N.P Computers - Novus Paradigm

I'm a computer wiz myself and have build few computers myself before but I came across an issue I couldn't resolve so I decided to give N.P computer shop a go and well what can I say, I'm absolutely pleased with the way the service was done and how flexible the owner was with me when coming for picking up my computer etc. Great pricing as well and the owner of the store is great to have a chat with. Great store, great pricing and great atmosphere. I definitely recommend N.P computer shop if you have any computer issues! Will be coming back in the future if I have anymore issues.

Always worth calling to make sure they're open before popping in. Great service on my laptop fault that I also bought from them to be able to use for Company of Heroes 3.

Really friendly and professional. More than fairly priced, keeps you updated on the process and explains the problems and fixes. Went above and beyond to fix my very unwell pc. Highly recommended

Really good products and seems to know his stuff, however his people skills and his reliability on opening times is awful. I politely said to the owner that his Google info is saying his shop is open, and I just wanted to make him aware it's saying the shop is open but it isn't, he seemed really offended and didn't apologize but just said he's got kids and things to do. Very unprofessional.
