    Went to London yesterday on the gold coach. Went on the eye & thames cruise.Had a brilliant day, the coach was spacious, comfortable & spotlessly clean. Many thanks to the drivers Andy & Steve.

    We went on the 6 March/10 on the gold coach toHarrogate/York lovely time But when we were taken to York for the day all places of Interest did not Open until Wednesday we were going on Tuesday not impressed at all waste of time nothing to see All the museums closed the Train museum closed what a wasted day I suggest you get it right for the next time you go there The Carin Hotel very good give it three stars

    My fianc worked at Bd for a year and a half as apprentice doing paint and body work only for them to come out and tell him that they dont see a future in him doing paint and body work and that they only kept him around for the fact that hes a nice lad and get along with everyone well what kind of company tells a person after a year and a half of working with them that there not good enough ,absolutely shocked and extremely angry that you could treat someone with so much disrespect!

    I write on behalf of my mother, Jean Watts who booked a 4 night, 5 festive break at the Copthorne hotel Plymouth, 23rd - 27th December 2022. The problem started even before she left her home in that even after several phone calls and other communications she never received her luggage labels or travel instructions. We understand that the postal strike had something to do with this. However, I called the office a few days before her departure and was told that her instructions would be left on the seat of the coach. This didnt happen! Obviously other travellers had the same problem, as when swapping from one coach to another there were no labels on the suitcases. This created a huge time delay whilst the driver tried to establish which case belonged to whom. Upon arriving at the hotel and being given the keys to her room she establish that the walk-in shower she was promised and confirmed on her booking form wasnt there and she had a bath. Mum is 92 years old and finds it extremely difficult to climb in and out of a bath. She arrived at dinner at 6:45 pm However, her meal didnt arrive until 815pm and was cold and badly plated. this was due to the fact that the hotel was very short of staff, and even the managers were clearing plates which meant that all meals were delayed and often served cold. Her return journey was nothing short of a nightmare as she left the hotel at 10 a.m and arrived in Clevedon at 6.10pm (8 hours to complete a 100 mile journey) she then had to wait a further hour for her taxi home. All of this has left her exhausted and positive she would never book or recommend Bakers Dolphin again.

    Lost property were absolutely fantastic James helped locate an item left on a school bus. Just one phone call he found it logged and was able to get property to its owner within 3days!!!!. What a credit to Bakers Dolphin! Polite and couldn't be more helpful. Pleasant change! Well done James.
