        Lied about cost of living payments for park homes. They are still holding onto the government money even after other councils have paid their park home residents over 3 weeks ago!

        North Somerset Council transport section are incompetent people, they won't change my son's bus - no matter it be escort or vehicle. I want to see changes HAPPEN to the BUS, or my son will punch the boring and unwanted escort in the face again.

        Well done NSC. I sold my house approx 2 yrs ago, moved out of the area, my house was BAND D council tax, now they have changed to BAND E for new owner but trying to backdate & charge me for the difference. You could not make it up...

        i have been phoning every day about my missed waste collection and have recieved false promises every time saying it will be picked up, they couldnt care less for people, this council needs to all be sacked and replaced with people who care, waited 20 minutes on phone and then they just hung up, disgusting

        Answering the phone isn't their strength. I thought I can go and maybe speak with someone ,I see that it's Open and when I arrive there , guess what...doors closed ,no notice why it's closed ,but on schedule is open. Not going to give them any money
