        I've been trying to contact you for many, many months now to sort a US tax issue out (initial communication March 18) It is now 9 months later and despite numerous calls and emails no one has bothered replying, despite agreeing to help. Rachel promised she would sort this out and I was told the deadline to file was September. I am at a loss as to how to proceed as the service has been appalling. Can someone please contact me asap please.
