Went to Howard's KIA section with a minor problem with my car. Took a mechanic out with me for a test drive . Very nice man with a load of info for me . Settled my mind about my car and will deal with it on my next service but the truly amazing thing that happened was that while I was in the showroom my car had a wash by the forecourt car washer what a surprise ! . Now that's what I call good after sales service
