UPDATE: With this kind of response from a trader (who was ordered by a court of law to give full refund value of the car plus court costs) I can assume this will be enough to put people off dealing with this man. He even drove the car back from Devon to Weston Super Mare illegally, as the car was SORN off road at the time of collection and was not taxed when he collected. Awful. Sold my son an unroadworthy car in September 2022. Could not drive it from first day after purchase. Netcarz refused to enter into any discussion of a refund. Took them to court and won. Didn't even need to hear from my son. Netcarz wasted everyone's time. Didn't care that he sold a dangerous car to an 18 year old. Took 20 minutes of court hearing. Netcarz ordered to pay full refund and all court costs. AVOID this trader.

Bought a car for 2k. Drove no more than 400 miles in it when the brake fluid leaked which in turn meant new clutch. Contacted them for guidance, company refused to help didn't even offer to get it investigated at my cost, instead went on the defence with an aggressive tone. Decent enough guy when I bought the car, very helpful in fact but clearly on the defence for a reason. Even for 2k I expect a car to run for a while without getting major mechanical issues.

I bought a Peugeot 306 on 7/7/22 less then a week engine light is on , took it back and Andy would no refund or repair, exhaust pipe , clutch is gone break pads need doing list goes on . I now have to go to ombudsman to fight for my money. DONT buy from this con artist

Brought a Fiesta MK7 Zetec for my daughter from this very professional company. Sweet car and more importantly excellent service as well. Would definitely recommend Netcarz if your looking to buy a previously owned car without the worry or aggravation.
