I run a pub and have used regency religiously for the last couple of years, it really makes life easier when you have a rep to call and all you need to say is I need this, can you get me options my rep Tristan Jones is great, normally within 24 hours he is back with a selection of options to check over. Always a good range from value to premium to choose from, cuts out all the eg work of meeting with suppliers and negotiating. Very pleased with the service

We have been looked after by Liz Worswick at Regency for a number of years and have enjoyed the pricing benefits of being part of a large group. Since COVID, like many, we have had to change our offering and their experience has been invaluable in helping us choose our new direction I'd happily recommend them to any business, be they new or already established.

Gary Charalambos has been a real support to us in being ditched by a current supplier in finding a replacement fast. His experience and knowledge with introductions has been invaluable and we are now set up with a better independent national supplier. Good to be a member of Regency.

First thing that gave me an immediate trust & confident was due to his punctuality and his efficiency following suppliers promptly. Eventist Group have worked with Regency Purchasing for 5 years and the benefits for our company and the enabled growth of our fantastic suppliers has been ever so important on the hosptality bounce back from Covid Carole Stainforth has been our Regency representative from the start and helps look after 7 busy brands each with their own identity, market needs and different food requirements With regular calls and many emails, not just to myself but many others across the group each week, Carole has enabled us to save considerable amounts of money, reduce our time spent sourcing suppliers and products and utilise her knowlege of the fantastic products and brands available to us My workload would be considerably higher if it wasn't for Carole's help and whilst I'm sure there are many other great people at Regency she quite simply isn't allowed to leave us!
