STAY AWAY! is my only advice. I contacted this company to gain advice and enlist their services for the inspection and repair of an external drain, the operative arrived unannounced while I was 5 miles away from the property, he would not or could not wait for me to arrive which meant he had to be guided over the phone to the problem. The operative explained he would have a look and get back to me, this did not happen. I understand builders can be busy but to wait two days for him to make contact was too long, I called them myself. over 20 times I have called them on the numbers provided on their website, all of them, voicemails have been left and no attempts to contact me have been made by anyone from Apex Building Services. I proceeded to their address as is displayed on their website, upon arrival I found 1 company van parked outside the unit and a tipper company van to the rear, lights were on inside the unit, all windows covered except the small office to the front which was full of boxes and a lot of mess, to the rear the large shutter doors looked half old and half of it was new as though this unit has previously been ram raided and needed repair, other building repairs were visible. There was no answer from any of my attempts to contact this company or its employees. Be very aware of who you trust with your money and your home, this company has thrown up nearly every Red Flag there is in the industry for any person or company contemplating doing business with them.

We highly recommend the Apex Team. We have a Victorian house and they really know what they are doing with older properties. We trust them implicitly, they are friendly, tidy and very good! They completed a kitchen project for us in the summer (including putting in french doors) and they are now helping us with more projects round the house. Thank you team. We think you are great!

Apex BS renovated our bathroom. We were very please with the end product and with the team. They are polite and professional. Highly recommended and well known company in the Clevedon and Bristol area.
