        Had a collar on my dog for years now awesome quality product just got a new puppy and will be purchasing one for her as soon as she is bigger

        Style over substance. The collars LOOK gorgeous: but I would not put such an unwieldy and spiteful product on my dog. The leather is so very stiff it is like wood. I returned it only to have them accuse me of "altering the colour"?? I had to get E Bay to step in, as they refused a refund. No stars. E Bay upheld my appeal.

        Requested a minor change to a collar. Leather keep instead of brass keep. Cant be done apparently. Which begs the question are the collars made by a master saddler in Scotland, meticulously cut by hand and then shaped and sewn? A master saddler would make the change I required in two minutes. Houndworthy collars look excellent quality, however, no flexibility with special requirements whatsoever. Therefore taking my order to a local saddler who will no doubt make what I want easily.

        We have bought collars from hound worthy for our Mastiff and Staffy-cross, both big strong dogs who pull a lot! Several months in of daily wear and tear and the collars are looking great!. really good quality !
