Called in with my bike as I had a flat while out. They were going to do the repair while I waited but were unable due to due to work being done, however they put some air in my tyre so I could get home. I just managed it. Thank you

Since purchasing my Giant Trance Advance from you guys I have had nothing short of great service, riding tips and advice. This is why I would always buy from a local dealer rather than the internet! And you always price match so there's really no reason to shop online. I really enjoy spending 10 minutes with you guys just chatting about our adventures... sharing stories and building that biker bond... priceless.

Called into the Weston Super Mare store while on holiday in the area. It's well worth a visit. Lots of bikes and cool stuff to buy. While there I got looking at the MTB saddles as mine has been causing a bit of pain recently. The guys got me to sit on the electronic scanning machine to measure my sit bones and recommended a Specialized saddle with the correct size and padding for my type of riding. I've only ridden it once since returning home but its like sitting on one of those old arm chairs at your grannies house. Super comfortable and a world away from the other one I was riding around on which was slicing me in 2 !!!! For anyone suffering with saddle issues go speak to these guys and buy a Specialized saddle in your size as you will not be disappointed. Top marks for the guys at Bicycle chain and see you next time I come visit the area.
