Went to put a bet on and to be honest when we walked in everything was fine, even tho Alison asked us for id and made a comment how it was the first time seeing people with a different passport/id like that and also with our age. Till then we didnt take it personally we are always very nice. Unfortunately her attitude kept being very compulsive about us and she did not leave us alone all night she kept calling us ofc to let us knows about the bets but also to annoy us even more. Alison got the alarm on out of nowhere, which i felt weird because i thought she was sacred of us or something ... then she kept talking to us asking if something was wrong when we clearly was only putting a bet on horses and i never do it .. then she made some type of accusation saying that she didnt feel safe in taking the cash from the machines with having us there and that we had to leave at 6:30 because thats when my race was going to end. Alison was clearly not sacred because i was extremely nice to her and even tho i noticed where she wanted to get i ignored her and even like that said thank you for having us there when i left. This act was clearly from someone that is not sacared otherwise she would of told us to leave immeaditly, so next time i try to get in and i see her there unfortubely im not going to come in i felt that she was racist.

Staff behavior is awful if you win . They make you wait an unfair amount of time till they pay out claiming they don't have enough cash and after that they pay with small banknotes and another ticket to force you to keep playing or to come next day. They are selfish, jealous and rude.
