We went to the Weston super mare store to get advice about a replacement mattress to help with night sweats. When we arrived the salesman was rude to a parent with a child which was unsettling to start with. Within 5 minutes of dealing with us we knew that we would not buy anything from this shop as for some reason, he was confrontational, abrasive and unhelpful to my husband . Maybe hed had a bad nights sleep. The showroom beds were soiled and werent inviting to try. We went across the road to Dreams and made our purchase.

Been in this evening to look at a new mattress. Was previously using the Emma mattress which is a great mattress but I fancy a change. Although I didn't buy something on this occasion, I highly recommend this shop based on the customer service I received. Top notch service.

Just bought a Mayfair 3200 Mattress. Absolutely brilliant quality. Customer service is second to none. So pleased. Will be back to sort the sons mattress in a few weeks! Cheers.

Recently purchased a mattress from here and it is perfect. I love the fact the staff do not pressure you to purchase anything. They give you options, go through your requirements and give the best advice. The delivery of the mattress was as discussed and a very easy transaction. Can't stress enough about how professional the staff are. 5* x
