        Have had treatment here before, almost 6 months ago. Assistant looked for my treatment card, not there.I can remember filling one out. Told I would need a patch dye test. Told them I wasn't interested. Not professional service. Will not be using there establishment again. Disappointing because venue is central & easy to access.
