Well.... First day here and unless Pontins up there game wont be stopping the week.. Food dire. So many plates of food left hardly touched.. Frozen fish. Barely warm. Dessert still frozen. Many as well us sent food back to have hot... Table service for drinks a joke 30mins.. Hoping for improvement but not holding my breath. Sad really because usually so good.. But it is only 1st day so

went Nov 21 Couldn,t fault room,food was acceptable A little like God's waiting room ,with a lot of moaning from the twerlies Bingo a rip off to prices charged to pay outs ,but option not to play But Vacation well worth it at these prices ,Receptionist could do with customer training ,same one every time we go Treats folk like it's a care in the community centre ,rude and so sharp ,one word answers to Customers requests
