        Regular family visit to Duke of Oxford. Having had many great visits the current service is terrible. Very rude staff at the moment. Usually the staff are very engaging and friendly. My sister only mentioned that the cakes were not as decorative as usual- Well my god this went down like a sh@te sandwich. Told we were being extremely rude. Manager apologised and agreeing the cakes were not as good looking as usual and hoped they tasted better than they looked- in the same breath suggesting my sister could have worded her comments differently When asked how it could be worded differently he could not say. Terrible customer service. Wont be coming back

        Had a really nice meal with family and friends and my dog. Sat inside and it was lovely, good atmosphere, gorgeous food and great company. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger was delicious.
