Needs a renovation really. An old building, dated interior and possibly a customer service course required for some staff .What should and should not be discussed in front of customers for example... The bank itself is good, hence visiting the branch for making use of the bank itself. Nice amount of benefits on the account chosen and minimal need to actually visit the branch.
