        I have always found the staff at this Branch Helpful and Courteous however the Machines that replaced the cashiers are not particularly reliable. I couldnt pay in cash today due to a machine not working. (not the first time). The friendly staff member stated that they have been waiting for an engineer to fix the problem for a few days. They dont know when the machine will be serviceable again. They closed my local branch in nearby Worle sometime ago, then last year replaced the cashiers at WSM Branch with machines. The Service Level at this Branch has gone to the dogs basically. I was advised to go to the Post Office to pay in my cash. HSBC used to be a great Bank, I have been with them for years but they really do need to get their act together.
