Absolutely useless NatWest couldn't set up my online banking it keeps freezing unable to call in local branch because it's been closed just tried to pay off my credit card but I need either online banking or a cheque book NatWest haven't given me either time to close my account absolutely useless

Wanted to do a simple transfer from one account to another. They no longer do this at the counter, where it used to take about 2 mins, you have to go upstairs and wait. We were 45 minutes. This kind of contempt for the customer is not a good idea.

service is terrible! don't help and have no interest in helping! It seems like it's all out of obligation. 3 times I came to the bank personally, I tried to open a saving account and decided to open another bank! That is bank that I will never deposit large amounts. I decided to open an account at the bank that my wife has an account and soon we will be able to have a stress-free saving account and with friendly service
