As a compressor engineer from the North West of England, I found myself working in their region in need of some help with an oddball oil filter which Id struggled to find an alternative or part number to cross reference. With a bit of internet help, and a couple of telephone calls later, I left their depot shortly after arriving with the correct oil filter which was duly fitted to the machine and customer was very happy.
