For those who buy from Saxon, be aware there is no after market support once the guarantee has passed. Our flue is leaking and you would have thought there would be some support, maintenance, service that they had for previous clients. Nothing. Not a jot. We wouldn't have originally bought from them if we had known there is no maintenance support for what are inevitable failures. Further misrepresentation aplenty then given the response. You did indeed install two woodburners to myself and Mrs Hamilton, no idea where you got Mrs Wallace from, 7 years ago, to an address in the SY10 postcode. The flaunching cracked in under two years and we had to have someone out to do that, and then most recently the flue on the woodburner began to leak. Phoned this morning to seek assistance, no details were taken with regards to the original order, I was just told in no uncertain terms that you do not provide any after market maintenance for any installation that has occurred after the guarantee expires. No lying but I do take umbrage that you would think that I am, we still have the receipts.
