Just tried their oat milk in Lair Lair coffee shop in Oswestry and this beats Oatly hands downplease come to supermarkets soon, I live in Somerset

I had a knock on the door one evening and it was Edwards dairys offering a milk delivery service, and I can honestly say that Im very impressed by their customer service and the quality of their products, , And I would recommend them to anyone who wants milk delivered, They also offer a large selection of other products at very reasonable prices,

Practically every week there were issues with this dairy. Milk not delivered because they hadn't received payment despite a direct debit being set up and confirmed by them. Asked to do monthly payments but no it had to be weekly. Twice contacted by them as said I hadn't paid. For some reason they hadn't checked I'd paid by bank transfer. This last week no milk delivered fri because apparently it had been cancelled. Not by me. They offered to put fri delivery with Monday. What good is that, I have milk fri to see me over the weekend. According to them milk had been cancelled 1029am day before. Certainly not by me as was at hospital with my wife. Asked if they could confirm last 3 numbers of the phone they were contacted on, no they couldn't possibly do that nor when I gave them the last 3 digits of my phone. This is appalling customer service and I would urge anyone to think twice before using them
