        Very quiet location. Easy access to Stratford centre. Not far from the park and ride. This is the best way to get to the centre. It's one pound to park and 2 pounds for a return journey by bus. I enjoyed the generous cooked breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely hosts.

        Philip and the family were so welcoming. We were attending a wedding in the area, and the day before we were travelling up our other accommodation cancelled on us. I called Philip at 9pm, and he could not have been more helpful. They had a room available, and provided a cot for our toddler. The accommodation was warm and comfortable, and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was also fantastic. Thank you, and we will certainly return if we are ever in the area again
