Having moved in to a new build house in Esher, we were looking for someone to transform a lovely, empty box, into a special family home. We couldn't have wished for any more with Fiona and her wonderful team. The 'home makeover' has been effortless; certainly the best money we have spent in the moving process. From day 1, Fiona was responsive, pleasant and had a great rapport with the whole family. She listened carefully to our brief and vision for our home, working hard to understand our needs for each room and what we were hoping to achieve. The team managed the project from concept to completion. For my wife and I, who work full time, Fiona understood our time pressures during the working week and was even on hand to take deliveries when we could not. 5* service! We have been left with a home that exceeded all expectation - a practical, stylish kitchen (complete with a designated cupboard for our ironining board!), a cosy, comfortable front room (including personalised art work commissioned by a family member), two kids rooms that are perfectly tailored for their tastes and hobbies and a wonderful, peaceful master bedroom. The team worked with us at every stage, ensuring we were happy with colour schemes, furniture choices, lighting schemes, joinery and art work. They made helpful suggestions and have been responsive and on hand with our (many!) questions following the official handover. Fiona, Alice, Jonathan and all the team, thank you to you all for your attention to detail, for listening to us, for your patience, for your creativity and for consistently going above and beyond. We worked with Fiona to decorate and dress a number of rooms in our home. She was very quick to understand and interpret our likes and dislikes and came up with some fabulous designs which we really love. She is highly professional, yet personable and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She consistently delivers on budget and her prices are very fair. Service: Home staging
