        We stayed midweek at the Dovecot in April. Comfortable accommodation, always warm by reason of under floor heating and toasty when we lit the fire. Good views. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Stairs down from mezzanine are broad and easily manageable - but wear something with a sole, not socks which might slip. Kitchen small - but we really only used it for breakfast, and it was fine for that. Great place to stay for two. Good for local walks - boots required in April! You need a car here, of course, and places like Cambridge, Duxford, Audley End, etc, while not close, are in reasonable range. No hesitation in recommending this for a couple.
