We were in need or an emergency call out and Paul was extremely quick in responding. Due to an undiscovered issue i needed a total of 3 call outs in 5 days. Despite the company being busy Paul re-arranged his work schedule to help out with our emergency and even diagnosed the issue we were having. Brilliant service and no need to look any further than this team. Excellent!

Absolutely fantastic service, we really cannot rate this company highly enough. Very prompt, very skilled and highly professional. After two failed efforts by Highways to fix a blocked main drain from our property which which was causing distressing flooding, 1st Call came within 3 hours with serious professional equipment and resolved the blockage. Really lovely people with genuine old school pride in their work. Thank you! A quick add as we had need of Paul's services again today (March 2021) for a completely unrelated sewer blockage - on site within the hour, and the blockage resolved quickly and efficiently. Honestly I cannot recommend this company enough - a shining example of incredible service and expertise!

Absolutely fantastic experience using this company, would highly recommend. From the first consultation to carrying out the work they were friendly and really knowledgeable. The work was carried out quickly and to an exceptionally high standard.
