Natalie is one of the only people wed trust to care for our dogs while were away - shes knowledgeable, structured, reliable and really welcoming to both our boys! They love going to stay with her!

Natalie has helped so much with my reactive rescue boxer giving me more confidence and coping strategies. We attend real life training and he has boarded with Natalie several times. She sends videos of of his walks and training whilst he is staying with her. Can definitely highly recommend Paw in Hand.

My dog, Monty, boards with Natalie a few times a year. I get regular photos and videos of the fun he is having while out on long walks, and he is always happy to go there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My extremely excitable 18 month old Vizsla, Thor, who has never been able to properly switch off has just finished a residential stay with Nat. Due to Thors high excitement and energy levels, he was struggling to nail down the basic training foundations as he could never really focus. Having tried multiple trainers over the last year or so, including a residential stay with an experienced gun dog trainer, I was losing hope of being able to turn it round with Thor! Within 10 minutes of meeting Nat, she had a good understanding of what Thor needed and she set about working with him. Through Nats knowledge, experience, unswerving patience and commitment, Thor is now a much more focused and most importantly happy and fulfilled dog. Hes infinitely better when walking on the lead, his recall is brilliant and he really enjoys the training games we are doing as part of our walks, something which is really important for a working dog breed who is a family pet. Theres still lots of work for me and Thor to do, but we have a few follow up sessions with Nat and shes already been very helpful with my constant questions since Thor came home! Thor and I cant thank Nat enough, she has been a game changer

Natalie at Paws in Hand has been fabulous, initially starting with some 121 training sessions with my Labrador who was attacked twice as a puppy and has some reactivity issues on lead, then progressing this into group dog training sessions. Her group sessions are amazing with a real sense of community and in real life environments, we have a WhatsApp group to share our highs, lows and achievements too, our two dogs have come up leaps and bounds since going to Natalie, im gutted I didnt go to her originally as I spent 100s of pounds on other trainers with zero results. Natalie also has my dogs for daycare, usually just my own and her two dogs, not the usual daycare free for all, she has been amazing with them and is the only person in the world I would trust with my dogs for a day or overnightand I dont say that lightly!
