Only take medium and small dogs. Last minute cancellation best offer of alternative is a WhatsApp service. Obviously havent heard of the internet. People come to your company for face to face service. Most can read websites and watch videos via YouTube etc.

Ditchling branch: staff are great and the dogs love it. Only quibble is their pick up range ends about 400 metres from our front door. I suppose it has to end somewhere...

My dog absolutely loves going to Bruce's doggy day care. She is so excited when going in, and clearly loves all her carers. When i pick her up she always comes away so tired after such an enriching full day. When i first enquired about placing my dog with them, i was offered an opportunity to come and visit to see the set up. My dog was then assessed and allocated a group to be in based on her size and temperament. This means she only mixes with dogs of similar size and play style. The team at Bruces clearly care about every single dog and have their best interests at heart. As an example, the team recently picked up on a change in my dog which required a vet visit to get her some treatment. Without them this may not have been something i would have spotted. I cannot recomend Bruces enough, you and your dog will not be disappointed.
