        Popped in yesterdy after a shopping trip to Lowestoft on the way home. Asked for a table for four and said we haven't booked lady rolled her eyes at us not a great start. The waitress we had on our table was very good and gets 5 stars in my book. Starters were lovely but my steak was poor and portions were in my mind tiny in comparrison locally elsewhere. 139 for starters and main meal for 2 adults and 2 children with no afters or alcohol in my opinion is a bit steep in comparison with other local restaurants that would have had larger portions and alcohol on the bill and still be cheaper??? Food & drinks: See above

        Rooms: Dark and little fresh air due to window restriction on opening (very irritating). Lovely deep bath and good room servicing. Food & drinks: Excellent food, menu a little pretentious but thats just my simplicity in choice. Food excellent.

        Rooms: Comfy bed. Nice coffee. Lovely Bramley toiletries. Nearby activities: Dunwich Heath and minsmere nearby. Food & drinks: Great food and wine Noteworthy details: Really lovely staff
