        I have spent months patiently waiting for a refund as Jake used refurbished parts on my injector repair, 2 other mechanics looked at the work completed (as Jakes repair did not solve my issue) and told me that the part is faulty, that the injector was leaking. I have asked Jake for the return companies number to get a refund, however he has ignored my requests on many occasions. I dont like to leave negative reviews, but the lack of communication and care is unacceptable. I am over 100 out of pocket, Jake has taken the part back but not returned my money. I was happy to pay him for the time he took attempting to fix my car and only asked for the cost of the part to be returned which I feel is more than fair since the car wasnt repaired.
