Took my cat here in August as he couldn't walk on his paw and was crying in pain. The vet took one look at him and didn't want to know, he said "he's just feeling sorry for himself" gave us a dose of antibiotics and sent him on his way that night he passed away. Absolute waste of time would not in a million years would I ever take any of my other animals to this vet lack of compassion, do not recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic vet David is our little cat has just had another big operation with great results. I would highly recommend this vets to anyone thankyou again DORA

Reception need educating on customer service. Ive never experienced anything like it in my life. Rang up today to enquire about registering my daughters horse with them. Straight away the receptionist said that they arent taking on any more animals. I tried to explain that quite a few horse on our yard already have David and thought it would be more convenient for us. She asked where I live and when I said, again she refused saying it of of his area even though he comes already on a regular basis.She then asked what vet we have already and again dismissed me saying that that he will not take on another vets clients. Why ask these questions if she wasnt going to do anything anyway. No matter what I said she didnt want to know. God help anyone trying to register but to be honest with that attitude I wouldnt want to be with them anyway. How can a business survive with that type of service is beyond me.
