Absolutely disgusting customer service for loyal customer of 7 years. I missed an appointment as my husband was in hospital. A genuine mistake on my part. I called to apologise and was told there would be a 15 fine. I said I was disappointed as we had never missed an appointment however I would have paid as I don't like confrontation and appreciate this is a small business. What I did object to was how rude the man was and the way he spoke to me. Absolutely no need for the nasty and aggressive tone. I will take my business to someone who who has better inter personal skills and someone that doesn't shout at their customers.
