My husband found a box of harry potter lego to buy for our son, it had no price on so he went to the till to ask the price, another woman came running out from the back shouting it's 5.50 because it's Harry Potter he bought it anyway even if was a bit dear as it was for charity. After paying for it the same woman comes running out again from the back and grabs it from his hand saying "I just want to look up the prices on ebay" snatched it out of his hand AFTER HE HAD PAID FOR IT and ran into the back room with it leaving him slightly bewildered and shocked, when she finally came back out with it after discovering it was nothing special she made an excuse up saying something about gift aid which was total nonsense. This was rude behaviour and poor customer service. I've been in there many times and it's a pot luck of how you're going to be treated depending on who's working there. Side note the lego is going back as there are loads of bits missing so she's more than welcome to put it on ebay!

Sttaff have a horrible attitude not helpful at all i will never donate to this charity ever avoid unless you can tolerate rudeness donate to a more appreciative xharity!
