Went for out of hours first time the receptionist is so friendly and cheerful! Doctor was lovely! Really appreciate the great service.

Was sat with my 7 year old for ages in the doctors room she had chicken pox and tempreture barley could lift her head and the doctor was so slow and scared to even check her properly he kept his distance I have never come across a doctor like this he should be ashamed of himself if his so scared he should leave the profession made me mad never again I will come to this doctor his clearly not doing his job properly. He just asked her to open her mouth that's it

Can't access the place I'm trying to ring and speak to my physio and find out when I can get to see a specialist but here i am 1:15 pm on a Tuesday getting an automated response saying they're shut ? When they should be open till 430...word is it shuts for lunch so be wary

Going to a place to spend time and money so that the physiotherapist tells you something you are already doing alone without them helping you is ridiculous. A consultation for the NHS is 160 pounds just to go talk to them and then the taxi that for me is not less than 15 pounds. I really go to a physiotherapist for a massage not to have a conversation with And that they say that I can do my massages myself. I'm not going to spend my money or time on these physios again. I'll go to a private one that pays 40 pounds and they solve my problems To go in three weeks to talk once again with another physicist so that he can see what I have or joke is a lack of respect and professionalism when my money is wasted paying people who don't do their job honestly I feel cheated
