        from the start Gill was excellent, patient, and understanding. Not knowing my removal date or designated address didn't help but she was not fazed. Brian came to give me an estimate and was very courteous and professional, including what they would arrange for them to do the packing. Eventually on the agreed date Brian & Simon came to pack and got stuck in. Excellent!! Moving the following day went as smoothly as promised. I am really pleased I chose Brian Hall removals they are "Simply the best"!!
