Avoid like the plague. Order not fulfilled, zero communication from seller. Ended up requesting a refund from the bank.

Very unhappy with delivery, items lost, not received, cancelled and never refunded. Some of the stuff they sell is OK quality for the budget buyers, some is pretty bad. It's a shame since I liked their idea. In response to the reply below. My real name is none of your concern, I am happy to provide order number to confirm who I am. First time I ordered a year ago it went OK, bit delayed, you were pleasant. Second time, terrible. Third time disgusting. If you are going to behave like you are in wild west and treat your customers like that, you deserve to be shut down asap!!!!! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE, YOU WILL NOT SEE WHAT YOU BUY. Sad thing is the first time I actually got some OK quality equipment, especially for the price, but their @customer service@ is disgusting, shouting, bullying, not responding etc!

Can only rate as 1 star from my experience. Ordered equipment on 11th February with nothing received. After emails back and forward with Michael and informed the courier was to blame... seems to be a common excuse tbh. Mentioned about a refund but was made aware he was going to send a 3rd time with DPD. When asked about a tracking number from DPD which there should be one, I've had zero reply and now being ignored.

Lift and press is the worst company I have dealt with as a consumer. The communication is pathetic and makes me think the whole business is set up to scam people out of money. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company. I have been waiting 6 weeks for an item to arrive and have received countless false claims about the item being sent, before it is blamed on couriers. I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews before giving this terrible company my money. AVOID unless you like losing your money. I will now be pursuing a refund for the missing item, but based on the other Google reviews I will be surprised if my legally entitled refund is given, so I will be forced to take this matter further.

My order suffered multiple problems with couriers and refund systems, but none of this was the fault of the business. They were easy to contact by email and worked hard to resolve all the problems as quickly as possible. Really happy with the kit I received - great quality, and great value. Would definitely order from these guys again.
