Cosgroves Physio centre ltd

About 5 months ago I got very severe Sciatica. I went from playing Badminton twice a week, swimming once or twice a week, and a few walks; to not being able to walk properly My doctor prescribed strong painkillers & anti-inflammatory drugs. After this, I saw 4 other doctors, who prescribed other strong drugs. None of these gave me any signs of improvement. A friend recommended Cosgroves. I got an appointment to see James Fleming. Best thing I ever did. As predicted, it took a few sessions, but I am now back to Badminton, swimming, and walking, with no signs of the Sciatica. I cannot thank James & Cosgroves enough. Ken B.

Cant recommend the team at Cosgrove enough. The reception staff are lovely and very welcoming. James worked with me in the build up to Ironman Lanzarote as a result of an Achilles issue. The treatment and rehab he provided was second to none, allowing me to make the start-line feeling fit and fresh.
